Generac Holdings Inc. has introduced its latest home standby generator design, featuring the new 28-kilowatt (kW) model, the most powerful air-cooled home standby generator on the market.

Expanding its lineup of reliable and efficient air-cooled generators, Generac now offers models ranging from 10 kW to 28 kW, providing homeowners with industry-leading backup power solutions.

The new design integrates seamlessly with Generac’s ecosystem, including ecobee smart thermostats and PWRcell battery systems, offering greater energy management and control.

Designed with customer feedback in mind, the new Generac home standby generator includes built-in cellular connectivity for real-time monitoring, an advanced controller with electronic oil-level sensing, an all-aluminum corrosion-resistant cabinet and an industry-first electronic fuel and ignition control system for improved fuel efficiency.

With superior power output, the generator can handle high-demand appliances, including five-ton air conditioners.
